Luca Ceschinelli spent 15+ years developing and assessing energy and infrastructure projects: 300+ projects evaluated, structured, or developed across 67 countries and 9.2 GW of capacity. The work spanned the Middle East, Europe, Australia, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Latin America. He has since completed executive AI programmes at MIT and Oxford.
NHNCD exists because the gap between AI's promise and operational reality looks exactly like the gaps he spent a career closing.
