What we collect. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no user accounts. We collect personal data only when you choose to send it to us — typically your name, contact details, and the content of your message when you write to hello@nhncd.ai, hello@nhncd.energy, or projects@nhncd.energy.

How we use it. To respond to you, to correspond about services you have asked about, and to keep ordinary business records. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the providers that run our email, document, and website infrastructure, under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it. For as long as the correspondence has a purpose, and as required by DIFC and UAE law.

Your rights. Under the DIFC Data Protection Law (DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020) you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Write to hello@nhncd.ai and we will respond.
